Job Purpose

We are looking to for a Sales Administrator/ co-ordinator to join and support the management team responsible for our growing Telesales team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the CCO and Telesales Manager in co-ordinating and monitoring the weekly and monthly sales targets, diary management of the sales team, reporting on activity, call listening, quality vetting and scoring.

To ensure success as a Sales Administrator, you should have experience working around a busy Sales/ Telesales team, be fun and motivated, have strong excel, outlook, google/ internet and IT skills.

Full training will be given, but the role will be easy to learn for the right level of IT skills.

You will be listening to the telephone calls submitted to you by the telesales team and will be deciding whether they covered all of the elements required to qualify as a high quality and confirmed meeting booking. You will then be adding the meetings to the field sales diaries and ensuring the locations and times work for travel etc… You will manage large information screens around the office which show the diaries of the field teams, where they will be, where their diaries are full and where they need meetings booking to maximise their journeys.

You will talk to the field sales managers every day and capture their feedback after each meeting whilst updating our very easy to use sales crm system with notes.

Today there is a team of 24 Telesales colleagues who book appointments for 12 field sales managers, growing in the short term to 30+ telesales agents when we move into our new bespoke office building in Finchley centre from 1st April 2020, near major commuting connections, local TFL underground and over ground and a whole host of bars, restaurants, and gyms.

Required skills
  • IT skills including Outlook, excel and Google
  • Experience of using a CRM system (preferred but not essential)
