We have years of industry experience

Founded in 2005, we have grown up with the car park management industry, continually responding to market shifts and adapting to new technologies over that time. Indeed, we were the UK’s first car park operator to offer fully automated ANPR camera technology.

We offer stability and reliability, with a long track record of partnering with businesses to supply proven solutions that manage and monetise their car parking spaces. Key milestones on the road to success

2005

Creative Car Park founded

Simon Abraham, Gary Wayne, and Ashley Cohen establish Creative Car Park as the UK's first car park operator to offer fully automated ANPR-enabled parking enforcement services.

2008

Established as a trusted operator

The business builds its reputation as an innovative and professional organisation, being audited by the DVLA and recognised as an approved operator by the British Parking Association.

2010

Advances in technology

Observing customer trends, cashless payment solutions are integrated with the ANPR car park management system for the first time, opening the door to phone and pay and pay by app services.

2012

Appeals service introduced

POPLA (Parking On Private Land Appeals) is launched to handle appeals by drivers. Creative Car Park is recognised as an ethical operator with POPLA appeal rates that soon lead the industry.

2019

Inflexion investment

Private equity firm Inflexion completes the buy-out of Creative Car Park to accelerate the next step of the business's growth. During this transformative year the number of sites managed exceeds 1,000.

2022

New CEO appointed

Stuart Cummings is appointed as CEO to drive forward the business's long-term growth strategy. Its operations continue to expand at pace with the opening of its 1,500th managed site.

2023

Strategic partnerships

Creative Car Park enters into partnerships with JustPark and LockerQuest to offer pre-book parking and parcel lockers respectively, providing new revenue generating opportunities for its clients.

2024

2,000th site milestone

Creative Car Park announces a significant expansion of its operations with the opening of its 2,000th site, strengthening its position as the UK leading car park solutions provider for SMBs.

We operate fairly and honestly, with best-in-class appeals process results from POPLA, the UK’s independent appeals service for Parking Charge Notices issued on private land.

Our charge upheld rates are industry leading for the sector we operate within, and we have the highest upheld rates of appeal cases submitted to POPLA by motorists, demonstrating the rigour and technical accuracy of our systems and analysis processes.
