Rapid expansion within Creative Car Parks has encouraged the company to appoint a Client Liaison Manager to help look after their wide and varied estate.
Joanne Miller has worked in residential and commercial property for over 15 years and as a Property Manager at HB Surveyors and Valuers in Central London for the last two years. Her thorough understanding of the property world including leases, service charges and general management duties, made her the ideal candidate to be part of the expanding team which services in excess of 500 car park sites nationwide.
Miss Miller commented, “Not only am I responsible for servicing our existing clients and managing the relationships between the managing agents, store managers, local authorities and private clients, I am also taking an active client facing role when it comes to new business, helping new sites to launch and ensuring they are compliant.”
