CBRE has instructed Creative Car Park to install a bespoke digital car parking management and permit system at The Village Shopping Centre in Bramhall, Stockport.
The centre, which has only limited parking for staff, now uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras to track and monitor vehicle movements, instantaneously comparing the images to the digital electronic permits, and issuing parking tickets to vehicles that are abusing the facility.
The initial contract period is three years.
Creative’s Managing Director Gary Wayne (former Surveyor and Managing Agent) stated, “Property owners are faced with car park dilemmas on an almost daily basis – and we are delighted to be working with the CBRE team to resolve one such dilemma”.
Creative Car Park specialise in a high-tech approach to managing car parks using ANPR technology, payment machines with alpha-numeric keypads and “Pay by Phone” as standard features – all designed to encourage efficient use of parking spaces.
