We try to make the process as quick and simple to implement as possible. Upon receipt of your enquiry, one of our surveyors will visit your site (often on the same day as you call) and discuss the problems being encountered - and suggest a parking enforcement scheme to solve them!

- Permit holders only
- Customer parking only

- No parking on the grass verges or yellow lines
- Vehicles must display a 'pay and display' ticket
Everything that we do for you is free of charge. We provide free permits and warning signs, and regularly patrol your land - looking for vehicles parked in breach of the regulations. Our income is generated solely from the clamp/vehicle release fees. Vehicle Immobilisation/ Removal
Once we have agreed the scheme most appropriate for your site, we will ask you to sign a simple contract giving us your authority to implement the parking scheme. Once this is completed, we will issue you with permits for distribution to authorised vehicles and we will erect our signs.
We will agree a future date for the scheme to actually commence, giving you ample time to distribute your permits - and us to erect our signs. Vehicle Immobilisation/ Removal
Despite having agreed the 'start date' no clamping will actually take place on your land, until we have spoken and agreed with you that everything is in place.
